Pastor Tim Cook

Tim Cook began his career in natural history education at Dodge Nature Center. His next stop was River Bend Nature Center in Faribault, MN, where he spent five years as an Interpretive Naturalist and the next ten years as the Executive Director. He then moved to Ely, MN, where he was the Assistant Director of the International Wolf Center for five years. In 2000, he felt the Lord calling him to ministry, and became the Interim Pastor at Ely Gospel Church. In 2001, he transitioned into the role of full-time Pastor. He has been shepherding the church for 25+ years. He is married to Deanne and together they have five children. He loves studying God’s Word, writing poetry, and going on backpacking trips.
